Project: The building is composed of two main blocks, with a total height of 113 m. The six-storey block hosts offices, two restaurants and a Spa. The tower block hosts a Luxury Hotel with 206 rooms, 60 residential apartments and a restaurant. The three underground levels host parking spaces and technical rooms.
